Our Vision & Foundation
City Cycle Club was born out of a desire to solve a problem faced by many cyclists around London, founded by two passionate riders with a shared vision: creating a place where cyclists could park their bikes securely and conveniently, refresh themselves before going about their day.
Our Commitment & Purpose
Our purpose extends beyond excellent service. We are fundamentally committed to conserving the environment and promoting community well-being.
Our most significant positive environmental impact stems from our primary service: secure bike parking and cyclist amenities. By encouraging people to cycle to work rather than drive, we facilitate zero carbon footprint commuting for our members, directly reducing urban congestion and greenhouse gas emissions.
We further achieve sustainability by committing to the specific positive environmental impact of extending the lifespan of cycling equipment, reducing waste sent to landfills through expert repair, responsible refurbishment, and the utilization of circular economy practices in our service operations.
OUR STORY
As part of a space that caters for all a cycling commuter’s needs, our founders also recognised the importance of convenient bike maintenance and how this can save riders time when all looked after in one place.
The result of this vision are luxurious shower facilities within the club, facilities to dry yourself without needing to take up space in your bag with a towel each day, locker facilities to store belongings and lighten the load, and an on-site bike repair centre too.
