& Repair Details

Authorized Partner: We are a Registered and Authorized VanMoof Repair Partner.
Comprehensive Service: We service all VanMoof models, handling both warranty and out-of-warranty repairs.
Specialized Expertise: We are fully equipped to handle error code diagnostics and repairs.
Recommended Service: Our recommended VanMoof service is £120 and includes:

Full diagnostic check
Full clean, wash, and degrease
Software update
Safety check (brakes, tyres, all nuts & bolts)
Road test

Parts at Extra Cost: Any parts required are an additional cost (e.g., brake pads are £15 per set).
Booking a Service: Customers can easily book a service by contacting us via phone or email to schedule an appointment. (or by a VanMoof service contact page on the site?)
Expert Technicians: Our team consists of experienced certified VanMoof technicians.
Genuine Parts: We only use official VanMoof parts for all repairs.
Maintain Warranty: Servicing with us helps maintain the bike's warranty (new bikes)
